Solar Energy Eclipse will indicate the acceptance of your order by email. Goods will only be delivering or allow you to collect once the payment reflect in Solar Energy Eclipse account. Sale by Solar Energy Eclipse – payment may be made for Goods via EFT (electronic funds transfer) payment must be made within 5 (five) days of placing your order. Solar Energy Eclipse will not accept your order if payment has not been received.

Solar Energy Eclipse offers only 1 methods of delivery of Goods to you which is by Courier Service
Delivery is calculated during checkout and best efforts will be made to try and keep delivery within the stipulated
“flat rate”, however larger deliveries, and/ or location might require special shipment and therefore an increase in shipping costs.
All shipping costs will be added to the cost of the sale, and the customer will need to pay the shipping cost before any goods are released for shipping.
Where we accept your order, Solar Energy Eclipse will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment.
Solar Energy Eclipse deliverer the product to the physical address nominated by you. Solar Energy Eclipse will not be held responsible for any loss or injury incurred during the delivery process, or any errors made by courier services who delivered to an incorrect address.

There will be no refunds on any products which have been shipped.
Solar Energy Eclipse will make every effort to ensure the products are packaged correctly before shipping.
Solar Energy Eclipse will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury.
if the order is collected, the onus is on the customer to check that all products purchased are correct and working.

It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms and Conditions and make sure that you are satisfied with the changes. Should you not be satisfied, you must not place any further orders on, or in any other way use, the Website.
